US Republican elder statesman supports carbon tax
He's one of the US Republican Party's most revered elder statesmen. He worked for presidents Eisenhower and Nixon and was president Ronald Reagan's secretary of state for seven years.
But now George Shultz is pushing a policy very much at odds with a large segment of his party. He supports a carbon tax.
