Responding to Climate Change in the Pacific: moving from strategy to action
Climate change will have severe and unique impacts on the Pacifi c island countries—severe because many are low islands in which there are few refuges from worsening storms and rising sea levels, and unique because their isolation and small size severely restrict their capacity to adapt to the impacts of climate change.
