LICOM is the third generation global oceanic general circulation model developed by LASG scientists, and it has been widely applied in studying oceanic circulation, air-sea interaction, climate change simulation, among others, and it has proven to be able to reproduce reasonable large-sale patterns of oceanic circulation.
