An operational framework for Tracking Adaptation and Measuring Development (TAMD)
TAMD differs from other assessment frameworks by emphasising the need to assess development interventions in the light of changing climate risks. This is to avoid missing effective interventions whose outcomes are obscured by increasing risks and vulnerability.
