Drought characteristics and management in the Caribbean
The present report pertains to the characterization and management of drought in the Caribbean, a region commonly hit by climate-related hazards, including drought. We hope that it will contribute to fostering the fundamental shift in the way drought is perceived and managed in the Caribbean.
