Adaptation strategies to climate change in the Arctic: a global patchwork of reactive community-scale initiatives
The study raises concerns about the lack of monitoring and evaluation mechanism to track the success rate of the existing policies and the need for long-term strategic planning in adaption policies spanning international boundaries and including all groups of population.
